9 times out of 10, a 'slow' PC isn't dirty — it's got adware. This is what I scan with. The free version cleans existing infections; Premium prevents new ones.

Uninstalled something but it's still hanging around?

Windows' built-in uninstaller leaves registry junk and folders behind. Revo actually removes it properly. Free version handles most jobs.

Laptop slow or running out of space?

An SSD upgrade is the single biggest speed boost you can give an older laptop. I recommend Crucial, Samsung and Kingston drives.
